At nyroo, all information you provide our services is a part of the public domain unless expressly stated otherwise. By using the services nyroo offers, you consent to the collection, storage, transfer, modification, processing, analyzing and any other uses of your data required by nyroo to provide services.

Collection And Use

Sign in with Facebook/Twitter

You may sign into nyroo using your Facebook or Twitter account. When you do this, nyroo will get basic information from your account such as your screen name and profile picture, which will be displayed on nyroo.com. Twitter users will be given the option to automatically "tweet" new lists they create (an option that defaults to off and can be turned on or off at any time via your nyroo account settings).

It is up to you to protect the privacy of your Facebook or Twitter account. Should someone obtain access to your Facebook or Twitter account, they may also obtain access to your nyroo account.

Lists

The lists and comments you enter on nyroo are publically available to anyone in the world (other nyroo users and non-users) via nyroo and 3rd party sites, applications and services. If you decide to publish a list or comment on one, anyone will be able to see your list or comment using the list identifier assigned by nyroo at the web address: nyroo.com/l/{list-id}. Lists and comments may appear in other locations of nyroo.com too, such as the nyroo homepage or the appropriate user homepage(s).

While saved draft lists are not generally public, they may be made available to 3rd party applications or services which you authorize and it is possible that some service clients, web browsers, proxy servers or other HTTP request processors will cache the information and in theory could be accessible to someone other than yourself. Nyroo recommends using saved drafts solely for saving unfinished lists, not for privacy or security reasons.

Nyroo and nyroo partners reserve the right to inspect the contents of your lists and comments to improve your experience with nyroo or nyroo partner sites, applications and services.

Nyroo also reserves the right to display ads that are tailored towards the contents of your lists and comments.

Cookies

Nyroo uses cookies to help improve your experience on our site. Nyroo does not require the use of cookies for visitors to view unauthenticated information on nyroo.com, however all authenticated behavior does require users to enable cookies in their browser.

Account Access & Sharing

• You may authorize third party applications and sites to access your nyroo account. In the event you choose to do so, you will authorize access to your account.
• We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal request or law, protect the safety of any person or to protect nyroo's rights or property.

Policy for Children

Nyroo's services are not intended for persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information for persons under the age of 13. In the event that this has occurred, please contact us and we will take the action(s) we deem appropriate.

Policy Changes

Nyroo reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. Notification of changes will take place only for "significant" changes and will be done through the blog at nyroo.com/blog. What constitutes a "significant" change is at the sole discretion of nyroo.
