The impact of each depends on what you're doing. The ultimate goal should be to reduce the amount of nodes evaluated on doc ready by jQuery. I'd suggest mix and match techniques to reach that goal. For me, 5 & 6 reduced node evaluations the most & 80% of my events are now managed with delegates.
